They still owe me about 15$.we spent 50$ there and waited about 45 minutes. They offer our money back but y then the food was there so we said no just as long as we had the food. Well when we opened it, they didn't give it all and we couldn't go back I called when we got home and asked if it could be delivered.. I actually lived closer in West Chester and he said no but I asked for a refund and the answer was no I asked if a gift card could be sent, he agreed. Took name and the rest. To this day I still haven't got it. Ps here I could hear them laughing in the back ground.. no I won't be back yes it was very good chicken

I like Popeyes but the pieces are too small and too expensive. Several times I have gotten chicken that has been sitting too long under the light. The pieces aren't worth the price. I do the survey but the restaurant in Kyle TX never had the restaurant number on the receipt so I have to Google it and I have trouble finding it it would be nice if it was on the receipt

I received a gift card for Popeyes. I went to location near my home (23rd Avenue and Camelback Phoenix Arizona) 3 times to use it. EVERY TIME the gift card machine is down an I had to use cash. Thank God I had it. What if I didn’t have it? I think I should have gotten it free. Man behind counter said it’s been down awhile. I told him they should place signs up stating this. Not his fault machine is down, but I was hungry and wanted to use gift card for payment. The chicken was not great to me, but my dog enjoyed it. Customer service was average. Please get gift card machine at this location fixed.

I for periods of three separate occasion have gone in and asked for ten pieces of dark meat. Three occasions I received my order but the fourth time I was told could not be done by manager. Went next door to kfc and had my order filled.

The new Popeyes that opened recently on Miramar Parkway and flamingo does not have the same quality as the other Popeyes. I’ve been there three times since opening and was not happy. First visit, the chicken coating was falling off as you bite. The chicken breast piece was very dry. The third time if was very greasy. I am a connoisseur of Popeyes chicken and I have never been so dissatisfied.

I ordered chicken knowing I had a coupon, pulled up to the window to pay and get my order. The woman was quite snappy and sarcastic telling me I couldn’t use the coupon! I looked it over 3 times looking for disclaimers, deadlines, etc. she came back to the window handing me the bag as I exchanged coupon and cash. She said didn’t I say no coupon today? I said yes but there’s no reason or dates on the coupon, why not? And is the manager in? She said I am the manager and the store manager isn’t in. I handed her back the bag and prepared to drive away as she yelled at me out the drive thru window…. “Don’t ever come back”!! I called the office next day and some to Mark who said he was the regional manager and there is no reason she should have said that. I’m sorry. If you have any more problems call me. Manchester NH He was very nice but that didn’t help me the day it happened with dinner.

Popeyes is very good, but prices have become so high people like my husband and myself being on Social Security can not afford to purchase Popeyes chicken or any of the food.

I visited the Waterford, MI location on Telegraph Rd today. I waited in line over one hour. My order was over $63.00. I ordered the $21.99+ speed with ten chicken strips. I didn’t receive any dipping sauces nor did I receive my biscuits. This was a big disappointment to me when I made this discovery. My grandkids were overly disappointed. I called back to the restaurant and could not get an answer. I need this to be made right.

The last 3x times I ordered fried chicken wings it was given to me and it most of been refried at least two or three times. How can you give your customers Chicken like this. Won't be back!

Popeyes used to be our favorite restaurant in Sevierville Tn. Last time we were there several of the workers had very dirty uniforms on and they were also dirty. Chicken Legs look like Banty rooster legs. Food greasy and look like it had been setting for a long time! Same owner has another Popeyes in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and the good is greasy too! We have tried other Popeyes and most are so greasy. Needless to say we will not be dining at Popeyes again!

I've always loved Popeyes Fried Chicken and usually order the spicy Sirius the last two times I have patronized Popeyes here in Fort Smith Arkansas at the location on Rogers and also the one on zero it has been extremely greasy. Today I asked the lady working the cash register if they had changed cooking oils or whatever and she said not to her knowledge that she really doesn't know and I told her the chicken was very greasy. Went to the Medford NJ Popeyes. Your app is not designed to sign in to redeem the coupons. Twice the worker/ owner would not honor them. The second time the female owner was extremely rude saying among other things if you don’t like it then don’t come back. She didn’t even try to help to access them.
