Cash Back Rewards are redeemable approximately 31 days after your account reaches the Cash Back Rewards Minimum Amount. CouponGreat.com pays members in U.S. dollars via Paypal. The minimum payment amount is $0.10.

Q: I logged in and made a purchase but I don't see the rebate under "My Cach Back"
A: You must make purchase after you click the link "Click here to activate % cash back". Otherwise the transaction won't be recorded as a cash back sale.

Also, in order to get cash back from CouponGreat.com, you can't install any shopping extensions such as Honey on your browser.

Q: I never received an email from CouponGreat.com. Why?
A: If you can't find the email in your inbox, it may be sent directly to your Junk folder.

Q: I added some merchants to MyStores but when I went to MyStores there was no coupon there. why?
A: You won't be able to see any coupons in "MyStores" if there are no active coupons available for the merchants you selected.
