used to be good and served only cod fish, now junk fish and prices have gone off the charts...last time ate there the food was old, service lousy and that was 5 yrs ago. buy my own cod and cook at home...way cheaper, fresher. don't miss them a bit...used to eat there every week...they don't care whether u r there or not; big price hike makes up for fewer custmomers.

I went to the long John silvers in brandon, Florida. The fish and chicken were fried very hard, I could barely eat it, They need to lower the temperature or the cooking time

Store #70097's fish is good but tends to be a little greasy. Your lips feel greasy as you eat. Today the fries looked dark & greasy as if maybe fries, are being fried in the same oil as the fish????..

My first visit back to long johns in Lynchburg VA after they remodeled they were so rude I took mom n law for lunch and I bought us bought the 2 biggest fish , shrimp dinners and when I ask the big guy if I could have some shrimp sauce he told me we limited well I told him I just bought 16 piece's of shrimp plus etc and you didn't even give us ANY shrimp, cocktail sauce he was so rude and the there was this dude with long long fake Red Christmas finger nails now I know working with food I have all my life in management if you wear polish wear gloves but his nails were so long they would've poked holes in the gloves my question what kinda manager is running this Restaurant???

The Mgr. straightened up a concern reguarding the app coupon in minutes. Very professional and patient.

The Albuquerque location does a decent job on fish but the shrimp---horrible and leathery; either poor quality, overcooked (on more than 1 location) or both!

I was in the other day . 7\19 \22 The food served to me absolutely sucked fries were dry out cold chicken planks were precooked but yet stale to dried out chicken believe left from lunch. Just awful .Even my Dr.pepper was flat no fuss and I paid $12.49. Over priced food yet it wasn't even fit for my dog to eat.. I worked years ago here so I know for a fact this dinner was expired for human consumption.

I love your food. I am a fan of fast food restaurants. You all beat Arby's out (it really hurt them when they didn't offer the Arby Q any longer, many years ago now). Your fish is the BEST! And when you all are SOOO smart to offer malt vinegar to put on it. Wow, that is just heaven. Your coleslaw is equal to or better than EVERY other restaurant & I mean fancier ones like: Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Red Hot & Blue - you name it. I told them behind the counter a few years ago that I loved your food enough that I was willing to work there & I'm glad they didn't take me up on it because I was serious.

Really Hating the fact that they discontinued the Sweet-N-Sour Sauce at LJS it's the only sauce I use. So I will no longer be getting anything from LJS godd-bye just for that alone.

Not trying to be mean but, ljs at 4th and loop is so slow. I have been in line for 12 minutes and order still not taken. Oops just took order. I asked what was taking so long and the waitress said they just opened. If y'all don't open until 4:00, y'all may want to change the hours of operations on the window.

Why are coupons always 2 for the price. Sometimes I don't have anyone to share the coupon with and sometimes I would just like to eat alone. This means I just don't go.

We went to the LJS on Altamesa in Fort Worth TX last week. I could not believe that they were out of Salmon. We had the two meals for $9.99 coupon. We did not order anything because we were disappointed.

5 days ago I got a 27 $ order because I wanted to treat my 90 yr old neighbor who loves long johns. We got no hush puppies, no crispiest, and, they have yet to make it right. The store on rock Rd. And kellogg leave much to be desired.

Paid for a fish and shrimp meal, got home and only had fish. Very disappointed

Just paid $32 for a family fish meal. 45 minutes from where I live. Then I get home did not have my two sides of coleslaw. No excuse

I like eating at Long John Silver in Staunton,Va. I have met some friendly people there and the people that work there are nice as well!

LJS 32085 in Sikeston MO was horrible. It was 97* and the ac was not working. The food was not hot. Warm and very old...fish, fries and hush puppies...all nastey. There were ants crawling all over....the floor was slippery...very dirty along the sides of the wall. Worst experience I ever had.

Went to Lindale Tx LJS in Oct 2018 like I did weekly for a long time but this time it was the evening and other workers. I had an online coupon from LJS as I had used before there at that store in the morning afternoon hours. I was told they need paper coupons and its been that way all the time. Well I hate being lied to especially when I know different. I haven't been back!

Just went to LJS ordered a family meal got the 8 piece 4 chicken 4 fish. I sat there for about 15 minutes, they called my number I leave, go home and opened the box and find 4 small pieces of chicken and the fish was ok what kind of service was this I go there a lot and when I eat there it's fine but take home no good I'm so disappointed

Just had the worst dinner at San Marcos Long Johns. The food was cold , 2 thin pieces of fish with soggy batter and a tasteless hushpuppy!! Please fix things and make it good again.
