I love there products and reasonable prices

I placed an order on Cyber Monday & the balance was taken out of my bank account, but when I tried to track my order & wasn't letting me, I was told my order #wasn't valid, so now I'm out $52.00 here at Christmas & I'm a 72 low income person ! I ordered from them because with the Cyber Monday deals I could afford to get more gifts than I otherwise couldn't afford ! Now I'm not sure what to do !😥😥

I just LOVE body works! I have a lot of candles, the bad thing about the candles...they burn so fast, that sometimes I wonder if buying them is worth it. The price, way to much. Yankee candles smell amazing too. But I still love body works. Thank you ladies for always being polite to me.💜

Too expensive to buy anymore

Getting very expensive! Some candle scents are no longer available.

Girl at checkout told me I couldn't use my 20% coupon on sale items. I had used it before on sale items. She said she been there long enough to know. I assumed it was a new rule so I made my purchase. Next day I went back and made another purchase and the "manager" checked me out and let me use my coupon. I guess she been there "long enough" to know I could use the coupon 😂

I love the candle and plug in

I only use Bath and Body Works products. Love the scents Hand wash. Body wash. Scented hand gels Warm Vanilla scents

The plug in are not well scented. Using them in both baths and literally there is no fragrance. I have a couple also that still has the wrapping sealed across the top and the fragrance has dissipated.

Love the Eucslyptus and Spearmint stress relief items. Have bought other brands but Bath and Body works brand is the best ever.

I love and body works. My only problem is that i can not find bath and body works Japanese cherry blossom perfume and guess you don’t make it any more. It is mine and my daughters favorite.

What happened to your prices? Can't buy from you anymore

I have been buying candles bi monthly from them for years as well as lots of body cream and shower sets. I think they have the best candles and I love their body products. I have never had anything less than really good experiences. However, to anyone who has received their box in bad condition.. I caught the delivery driver one day as he DROPPED my box onto the ground, intentionally, and sped down the stairs. Thank goodness I was right inside and opened the door only to see the bottom of the box where he had dropped it and torn it up!! I was livid. I went after him and caught him. I let him know I heard him just drop my box, vs bending over to put it down. He tried to deny it which didn't work. I got his name and the number to the shipping co. I told him if anything was broken, I would be calling them asap. Shockingly, he agreed to come back and look at the inside of the box with me. Luckily, nothing was broken. I'm sure he's not the only delivery person to ever do that. I always follow the tracking to be here for deliveries. p.S. My favorite new candle is the Blueberry Biscotti. Great , lasting scent.

Out of small gift bag with purchase. $10 Coupon mailed with otr coupons had different expiration date then otr coupons made for another dissapointment at registet.

I called before October to find out when the candle day was they told me Saturday and Sunday and just recently I found out that it's Friday and Saturday I had taken Saturday off from work just so I could go stand in line to get my Candles now I have to work and I hope I don't miss out just called the store and they said until they sell out that it's very disappointing that they changed the date when you try to plan ahead

We need samples of the new smells!! Our local store isn’t open due to the pandemic. Won’t buy them if I don’t know if I’ll even like them. Avon does it, so why are they not available? Also no coupons in months. Used to get them every few months and a new one right as the recent one was gonna expire. That saved me enough money to where I could spend more money!! I tried sooo hard to catch that flash sale, I input all of my information as well as my credit card number, and guess what? They suddenly got a "GLITCH" so I could not get my BEAUTIFUL DAY products. I placed an order everything was available and when my order of supposedly 6 items arrived in a large box, there was only 1 bottle of lotion. The price looks good but without 20% off don’t bother the shipping is outrageous and you wait 3 weeks for your purchase. Very poor communication with customers. Also with the chat line they like to hang up on you. Also if you place an order and decide your waiting too long and want to cancel it you CAN’T !!! BEWARE

i love the candles from here but the last two online purchases two boxes delivered were packed very cheaply and i got broken candles they weren’t wrapped fully a small strip of bubble wrap in the middle but nothing to protect the bottom or top my candle was shattered 🤬in two separate orders!! cmon you charge enuf please send them out safely!!!

In response to Karen’s comment on 5-15-16... it is now 2019, but this past Christmas, I ordered way early enough to have gotten all my Christmas candles on time, for the holidays, but I didn’t get them, so when I called, to complain, they were going to re-ship out, but since Christmas was now OVER, I asked if I could change fragrances in their candles, and they said NO. They would not let me switch out those Christmas candles for other up-to-date fragrances which I did NOT think was right, since it WAS THEIR ERROR that I did not ever receive them before Christmas, in the first place! Very disappointed, myself, so I know how you feel, Karen! That part sucked!!! I hope people that have some PULL,... will get this problem taken care of. Should not take any 9 days to get something shipped to ya, when ya have stores EVERYWHERE! Crazy!

I love BBW! But I am disappointed about the service I received the last time I shopped in Jackson TN. I live 45 miles from any store and went to get my favorite fragrances. I pulled up a coupon on my phone and the clerk refused for me to use it in the store. I left without buying anything and when I got to my car it clearly states in store or online coupon. Don't know if I will be going back to that store.

I recently ordered online from Bath and Body Works for the first time. I have always enjoyed their products, especially the Blue Spa line. Since I live over 90 miles from the closest store ( I live in the middle of nowhere), I chose to shop online. How easy! Product descriptions, browsing, etc. was such a snap compared to most websites. I definitely will shop at the website again soon!
