On Tuesday, I tried KFC special 8 pcs. Chicken first of the associate that waited on me seems like she doesn't want to be there,she's nasty. I even greeted her good morning I get a long face in return. The worst of it when I got home and serve the chicken, in my bucket thumb size drumstick all 4 of them are all same size the cheapest part of chicken you can buy. You just lost a good customer told the friends and family not to support your business. Don't forget lots of chicken places in town you are not the only one

Poor visit to KFC on 11 18 22. They did not have pot pies(which we went there for),no tea in vending machine is AND THE DINING AREA WAS COLD. Very dissappointed

Just had the chicken breast with 3 sides. I had a hard time explaining to the cashier what I needed. No more corn on cob but corn as a side dish did not taste well enough.I will not be buying any more KFC.

We went to the new store in Painted Post my. We ordered three the drive thru and never received any napkins, silverware honey or anything..We we're already back on the highway and called told me sorry.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the KFC here in Macon, GA on Pio Nono by Rocky Creek Rd for their great service and hot fresh food always and I'm an evening customer.

I just went to the KFC in Lemoore Ca. And got me a famous bowl On my way home, It's 7 to 10 miles from my home. After feeding my dogs etc...I set down to eat. I could not believe what I saw, a bowl full of potatoes with a little gravy a tsp of corn and a dried out hard chicken patty cut in chunks. I called them immediately and he, the manager, told me to bring it back. I told him that the gas I would use to bring it back then drive back home would cost more then the famous bowl.. He didn't even want to take my name to replace my bowl. Oh and he said that is the way they make their famous bowls now! I was out my money and had no dinner. Never again will I eat at KFC. The manager was rude and lacked customer service etiquette.

The workers have been great, but the online app SUCKS. The store hadn't even received my order, even though I had already ordered and paid online 15-20 minutes prior

Your chicken sandwich is the bomb but you advertise it for $3.99 why is your store in Monticello charging $4.99

Our KFC in Carmel, IN no longer carries grilled chicken. I like extra crispy but my husband will only eat grilled. They also no longer carry potato wedges. We won’t eat there anymore.

Love the 20 piece meal for a treat, once in a while!! Invite my son over for dinner, and he takes the left- overs home for lunch the next day.

No coupons ever added. only the same specials the store offers. also the breast are the size of thighs. I thought breasts were bigger

1 week ago I visited my nearest KFC in Milwaukee and to sum it up "NEEDS IMPROVEMENT" Rude,would not tell me prices for items that were not on menu,like 2pc.,chicken only,1 Breast, She said " Are you going to buy it ,?" If you are not going to buy it I'm not looking it up" What happened to "the customer comes first"?

I don't understand why so expensive. they should run more deals like churches. support your customers instead of only thinking about your own pockets. you must think of the poor also folks who lost jobs the individuals who get disability now ect ...give back your prices are way too high, send out chicken coupons so we all can enjoy your stores, have better family deals, 20$ still too much. I have family of 8 does help what so ever so I run to Churches

If you want customers to come back where there is the discounts.You are higher than Hardee and Popeyes. Hardee's has coupons and that is where I'm going

I FULLY BELIEVE THAT IF YOU OFFERED THE 3 PIECE MEAL MORE OFTEN, YOUR VOLUME OF SALES WOULD RISE DRAMATICALLY! This meal is offered far to infrequently! Consider making it a standard special in the KFC club. Make the price worth-while. You would have to be a club member to get the deal!
