Absolutely love Church’s Chicken!!!

Church's doesn't have a phone line to order, or chat when you get home, and find you're missing 2 pieces of chicken in your order. Paid $3.30 for missing chicken. No refund. Mad. $30.00 is alot for a small meal for four hungry people. Their business is lacking. On Rosecrans and Van Ness Blvd.

Every time I go to churchs it's always closed or it's drive thru only

The skin at Columbus Mississippi was the best in the world but now it's cooked so hard like trying to eat a brick. They get grease to hot trying to catch up for orders and chicken is not worth buying. Wish they cared about it like the old Days! My last 2 meals went to garage can!

8 piece leg & thigh with one large mash potato cost $30. Didn't even stir batter. Price gouging at it's semi worse

Why church's run out of chicken all the time

The Church's in Toledo is refusing the coupons that you offer, They said that they are a corporate store and cannot accept coupons. I have been using coupons at this Church's for years, so why the sudden change.

I've been eating at the 25th keystone location now since 1980. I'm very glad they back open after fire had them closed.

The store in Bossier City, La refused to honor the coupon you sent me. I have been going to that place since 1970 and will not patronage that store again.

Ashley was super great with customer service, cashiering and food service. The bourbon black pepper smokehouse chicken should be permanently added to their menu. I will have to go back again before June 30 so I can get this dinner for $5 again.

This is a complaint. I went to Churches on Terry Pky, Gretna,La. They were out of corn, cold slaw, peppers. Service was poor, chicken almost burned and hard. What’s going on at this store??

Worst service ever, slow and after complaining female employee starts arguing with me instead of listening. She and manager were talking about previous incidence with another customer throwing food at her. Now I see why, she talks too much.

I just went to Churches to get the $5.00 really big box meal, had to wait a good 20 minutes for tenders, shouldn't they have SAID I would have to wait? Or offer me the option of chicken? Or a free drink while I was waiting. Nothing, and to add insult to injury, they didn't put the Jalapeño Pepper inside. I won't be back and the other people with me gave away their coupons. Make it right Churches. This is bad customer service.

I just got the Coupon. I wanted to say that I strongly prefer Church's Chicken to Popeye's, KFC etc. I don't eat fried food often now but I will treat myself to this and do not even mind traveling to get it! Please offer the chicken fried steak platter more than one month per year. We enjoy it very much, is our favorite.

i just love some churchs chicken,hot pepper juice and mashed potatoes theres nothing like it. not replaceable by any means
