why don't you bring back your coleslaw? The best side for your chicken was the slaw. You never get the condiments you order. Last week I bought a gallon of lemonade and got diet lemonade which I did not order and the diet is made with splenda and we do not eat or drink anything with that in it. I ordered 30 nuggets last week and some pieces were so small they did not qualify as a nugget.

After reading Unique Angel's comments I was very upset about chick-fil-a doesn't recognize our veterans. They have ID'S on them usually, but even if they don't their word should be good enough. I've been wanting to try Chick-fil-A since hearing how good it is and especially the lemonade. Hearing this about our Vet's I have to pause, I don't feel right patronizing a business that doesn't honor our freedom and all first responders. YES, there are people that will try to take advantage, just ask for proof "That Is Your Right"

They have some great food and everyone is very friendly and courteous. Every once in a while there’s a bad piece of chicken nugget with the grizzle and fat that taste terrible, but otherwise, it’s the best place to grab a quick meal and the chicken is real not fake or processed. One sad thing is they honor officers and I have heard from many of there workers everywhere I go that the officers 👮‍♀️ take advantage of getting FREE food and order for there family as well, when they DO Not acknowledge VETERANS that has served their country and said they have to have a uniform on, really after all Veterans have gone through? Police Academy is nothing like Active Duty military and Chic fil a does not recognize them and that is so sad that they deserve to be acknowledged as well. Other restaurants acknowledge and appreciate veterans, but chic-fil-a is just greedy and hungry for a dollar and acknowledge who they want to.

Chick fil A, never gives you a deal. Their prices are always high. Never gives you any coupons.

Very disappointed about the Discontinuing of Chick-fil-A school supply drive back in August in the Tidewater (Military) area and the yearly Cow calendars. These were 2 very important community projects that Chick- fil-A customers rallied around and supported. Please reconsider and bring them back next year. I followed all the steps and was told that I had won a $50 coupon. I sent 15 emails per the directions and attempted several times to complete the forms. It says that I never completed step 2. I did . . .15 times!!!! I am upset! I thought your company was dependable!
