The Starbucks at Southridge in South Charleston WV is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They make you feel welcome and treat you like family. There's 2 employees there that are absolutely fantastic and there names are Amy and Amanda, they call me by name and make me feel special. Fantastic people there. I go there everyday and will continue to!

Starbucks at Tropicana Casino, Atlantic City. Marketplace shows open seven days a week. NOT TRUE= CLOSED seven days a week in the Market place. I found it open one day Monday, rest of week CLOSED.

I don't know where you live Harriet, but I have 4 Starbucks within 10 blocks of my house, and they NEVER have decalf pre-made. I always have to wait for them to make it. Pisses me off!! And sometimes I just go to another coffee place just to get mycaf!
