My husband and I went to your restaurant in Chattanooga on Dec. 3 to celebrate our anniversary. Service was very slow (our server apologized several times). Food was NOT like it’s always been before. Steak was dry, lobster was overcooked. For close to $200 for two people, we could have gotten a much better meal at several restaurants in Chattanooga. VERY disappointed.

Just went to the restaurant near DC the service was terrible and the quality of food was just as bad . Wonderful view of the airport . Not as good as other Ruth Chris .

Went to Knoxville resturant on the water for a celebration and the food was terrible especially for the price we paid. Darlene’s service was great. Potatoes lasted like instant, steak too salty. Frankly embarrassed it was so pitiful and wasted of lots of money. Dress code was totally unenforceable…dirty baseball caps, worn out jeans, t-shirts…not classy at all only the prices. We were wearing dress attire for an evening of celebrating. Would have had better food at the local sports bar. Very disappointed and won’t be back. Celebrate special events elsewhere, not at Ruth’s Chris!!!

our server was wonderful. dressing on ceaser salad very watery. Steak had a funny taste maybe to much butter could not finish. Creamed spinach very good. Brought crème brûlée for my husbands b d which is favorite at no charge as i said server was excellent

Disappointing visit to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. My filet had grizzle. It was supposed to be served with a lobster tail which arrived 15 minutes later. Best part of meal was the sweet potato casserole.

Good steak.only 1 Bathroom filthy with pee all over floor. Told us 4 he wait. Ate at bar. Had to ask bartender to give us special 3course menu. Very different bar service vs. table.

We were eagerly celebrating our anniversary at the downtown location recently. My filet had grizzle, our lobsters were tasteless, my lobster was not delivered with my steak and we or our friends will not be spending $200 for two persons again.

Very disappointed in the format used for allowing tables to be reserved in the bar area , when we were told it wasn't allowed during happy hour. We arrived around 4:30; a party of 4 to celebrate my husband's birthday. They sat us in a back room. We asked if we could get the early bird specials since there wasn't adequate sitting. The answer was no. We ended up spending $659. Meal was good, service was great. We were told they couldn't set a precedent with regards to allowing patrons to get the early bird special if they were t in the bar area. They also said tables weren't supposed to be reserved in the bar. It was aggravating and embarrassing as we were entertaining out of town guest.

We went to the one in myrtle , with 3 other couples, waiter forgot to order half our food, what food we got was excellent, nothing special though, overpriced, probably won't go back can get just as good food at Applebee 's for a fraction of the price!!!

We had a reservation for 7:45 pm. We weren't seated until 8:10 and that was after asking why several couples were seated ahead of us just walking through the door. Once we ordered, the door can quickly and was excellent -- well worth the wait. And we were given a complimentary dessert for our wait.

Food was fabulous well instructed and well served. Waiter was very well informed beautiful atmosphere Excellent steak had one of their price fixed entrees and was not disappointed it was well worth the price We enjoyed our dinners immensely. Would definitely return to dine

The food was very good. Could not find menu prices a head of time. A la carte was too expensive! I guess atmosphere is costly! Waiter and waitress were excellent!

I was at the King of Prussia, PA branch a couple of years ago. The food was fine, but the price was way over the top. And hard to find out in advance. I would never go back there, 12% off or not.

Ruth Chris inside the Hard ROck Casino- Biloxi, Ms ROCKS!!! Dinner there SUn. Sept 9, 2012. NO better steaks anywhere. Service is top knotch- waiters know how to serve. Did not wait forever for the meal either. GOing back soon!

We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary and the service was most gracious. The salad I chose with dried cherries, mandarin oranges and a green was so delicious. The blackened sea scallops were cooked to perfection. Thank you so much for all your efforts.
