Went to return an item at the Rockland Store on April 26, 2012, and the lady at the desk, ponytail, was so friendly and did give me a return with a smile, treated me like a person,. She was also multi-tasking ringing in customers, paging, doing returns and aLSO ANSWERED TWO QUESTIONS FOR ME REGARDING MERCHANDISE AND gave me answers with missing a beat and not stressed. I am currently unemployeed and seeking a job. Would definately apply at this location if there is a job available and more importantly will shop here on a regular basis. I have spent many years in the customer service field and feel that this person gives excellent customer service.
