I ordered some things from online that said it was Macy’s but when I ordered the message I got back when I asked about my merchandise it said it was outlets of Macy’s. I’ve never recieved my ordered and they won’t refund my money.

Beware of Bait and Switch. Macy’s had an ad showing 2 different recliners for $499 each. When I went to buy one I was told only 1 of the 2 pictured chairs was $499. The other was $650. Nothing about 2 prices in ad. Store manager wouldn’t budge.

Went thru Macy’s personal shopper in Sugarland mall..(Tx.). She found 4 blouses and 2 pants for me within 30 minutes!! They all fit perfectly and they were all within my budget...and no charge to go thru the shopper.. perfect Macy’s....love it all! P.S. I wore all my outfits for my trip to Europe. “I’ll be back”
