I have eaten at the HuHot in Rochester, Minnesota three times now. I have to say that this restaurant is THE BEST. The food is fantastic, great variety and I so enjoy watching the cooks prepare my food. They make it look so easy to prepare. I especially like how much they enjoy cooking. When I first arrived, I was a bit disappointed in how long the line was for preparing our food, but it went very fast. I also enjoyed chatting with others while waiting. The whole experience has me sold and I am constantly sharing with my friends and co-workers what a wonderful restaurant it is .
