it's sad how tiny the donuts have gotten, and I swear the size of a medium coffee is really a small now. All I know they are not being truthful about the coffee you get there is never the same as what you purchase in the bags. I've used it in every coffee machine we have ever had and we have to buy new ones because they break yearly. I have tried a Farberware electric percolator, cappuccino makers, 5 cup makers, none of them can you get the same taste of the coffee that's at their stores. They must be selling the public a very different brew in the bags.

I have been going to dunkin Donuts for 45 years. Not no more. I quit going to DD’s one reason was they cheated me out of my free coffee I earned though my DD points. Another reason is there way overpriced and their donuts aren’t that good. I go to McDonald’s now. The coffee is actually better and it only cost me $1.05 for a large cup of coffee. When you use the McDonald’s app. So now instead of spending $90 a month for coffee I only spent $30 a month, give or take a few cents. If your smart y’all will do the same thing I did.

In the past few months I’ve tasted a difference in the coffee. It now tastes “ watered down”. Too bad as their coffee had a great smooth taste. I used to look forward to stopping to grab a cup, but now— not so much.

Don’t know what Duncan is pulling off but I say now for cup because they do not fill it up it’s like halfway for the money they’re charging now they need to fill it up been going there for over 16 years every day so this is another ploy and I think it’s terrible and donuts up to $1.25 you can get a dozen donuts at Jewel for five dollars also some of your locations water down coffee 80th Ave. in Tinley Park is the best for the coffee and service

I went thru the drive thru in Owensville ordered a medium latee 2 bacon cheese wraps. latee was literally half full, bacon was raw, hash rounds were good. I’ll never go to this location again. $3.39 for a half full latte is rediculous. girl at window had no mask. pathetic

We love our new DD in our area, and instead of eating fastfood, we have a breakfast sandwich, coffee for me, and iced tea for my husband.... It is so close to us, and is by a gas station we use...... Great location here in Mineral Ridge/Austintown, Ohio area.......

My local D. Doughnut shop is brand new - I love it because it is close to my home, nicely decorated, clean, the help is very efficient and friendly, and I love to get an Iced Coffee on late afternoons to pep me up and keep me going!

This is a new store that just opened up in Lenoir City, TN. The store number is supposed to be 348004 but is not accepted on the TELLDUNKIN.COM website. So the promotion for a free donut when purchasing a medium drink is totally useless.
