Was told only random people rcvd the $2.00 off haircut! Seems quite unfair as I have been a cool cuts customer for over 11 years! Maybe time to find a more reasonable salon!

Our kids love Cool Cuts 4 Kids! We have a large family and I love that the whole family can get an amazing hair cut and our kids have fun activities to keep them busy while everyone gets a hair cut and style!

I went to the El Dorado location to get my daughters 1st hair cut. I was very excited to go there because it seemed very kid friendly. I was reffered by my daughters Dr. office. When I walked in the CoolCuts I was not greated. I sat down and waited till the two women were done cutting the two current childrens hair. When they were done they checked out the mothers and then helped the next lady that was waiting and her two kids. Still they have not said "hello", "we will be right with you" "sorry for the wait" nothing. I am in customer service and the 1st rule is to acknowledge the customer. The office was not very busy to where it would be impossible to see me. I had never been there so I was not sure if I was supposed to check in. I ended up walking out and now I am not sure where to get my daughters hair cut. I was very disappointed.

We love to go there because that is the only place that my son, Aaron, will get his hair cut. He loves that he can watch movies or play video games while he is getting his hair cut. They also do a good job. The girls, are very friendly. Expensive, but worth it.
