Hard to order online using coupons. They say you can’t stack coupons which I get but it took 35 minutes to get the coupon discount that was advertised on my phone. The women that helped me was average I would say with help. It made me feel like I’ve never ordered before.

My experience with Coldwater Creek is that their salespeople can be a little aggressive, and that the quality of their clothing is poor. I have stopped shopping there.

I really like the jeans with the Shape Me feature. They fit so well and wash up beautifully. I always check online to see what new colors/styles are available so I can add to my wardrobe.

Coldwater Creek is the only srore that always has what i need in clothing and it all fits me so good. I have told all my friend that coldwater is the place to buy jeans and any other things that they want The people there are so kind and helpful. I am so glad that I found this store in Tulsa Oklahoma. I wear plus size clothing and it makes me feel good to be able to.

I love the Coldwater Creek store at the Bellmead Center in Shreveport. Not only is it close to home, I always find plenty of things I like. But most of all I like it because of the help. The employees go out of their way to make the shopping experience pleasant. They have helped me put outfits together, shown me how to tie scarves, and even helped me find clothes to go with pieces I alread have. I used to shop at Talbots, White House, Black Market and Chicos, but now I rarely go to them. Also, I love getting the catalogs and especially the coupons. Keep it up.
