I go to big lots weekly and spend a lot of money there I have been a member for at least one year,have never received any rewards of any kind.I enter my account info. Every time.what a joke!!!!!

I wish the store would honor the online 20% off coupon. I put a cart full of product back because they would not. I missed the 20 percent off in store coupon by one day. Humble, TX store

I've always had a good experience with our local Big Lots In Augusta, Maine. I shop for clearance stuff a lot and like their prices on health and beauty aids and grocery items, too.

These people are always advertising something when you get there is not there then they don't even offer a rain check. they always false advertising something when you get there to price is never the same as it says in the paper.

Poor experience with being told we'd get a discount on a purchase over $500. Then was told it had expired. This was in Nashville TN, July 3rd. Disappointing shop experience
