I bought Authority dog food online which stated on that product that I would receive 5% off when I picked it up at the store. When I got there I was told that Authority was not part of the deal and they wouldn’t offer the discount. I showed them that the ad was specifically on the Authority section and they still didn’t give me 5%. I left after getting a refund and will not go back.

I love my Augusta, Maine Petsmart store. BUT coupons are almost always for on-line shopping. I want to go to the store, talk to the parakeets, check out the cats up for adoption, watch dogs being groomed, SEE new products. I don't have a smart phone. I want printable coupons. Thanx.

I went to the 39th street and Bolger store I'm in Independence MO. I had bought several items on Saturday night. Sunday morning I saw a coupon for 4. 5 lb bag of Hill's Science diet free. I made a special trip back with the receipt and bag. They refused to honor the coupon. Their story was it's a fraudulent coupon. Seems like Pets mart is always having these problems. Never heard of it at Petco. Maybe it's the truth maybe it's false advertising. I just got a refund and walked out. I'll start going to Petco. Pets mart has too many problems with false and misleading ads. Strange isn't it?

We have been purchasing Royal Canin dog food from Pet Smart for 3+ years, have signed up for the discounts with the card, and have only received one notification ever on a discount for this dog food. I was in the store on 9/23 and purchased the large bag of Royal Canin - total $63 - and paid full price. Today, I see I received an email on 9/23 for a one-day only 15% discount on purchases over $60. It would have been nice if, at the register, it was brought to my attention of the sale, but since I did not check my email for one day - I lose out on the 2nd discount ever issued for dog food. Very frustrating. I do not want coupons for dog brushes, shampoos - items that cost $3-5, how about issuing coupons for the expensive items.
