Love Pollo Tropical. Probably eat there once a week. The last two times I went i ordered thru the drive-thru. I ordered 1 half of chicken. And 1 half white meat only. Both orders had the half of chicken, but they didn't give me the white meat only. I did not know until I was home. I paid for white meat only and do kot like the dark meat as it is too fatty. Very disappointed.

for us pollo trpical is the best!!! why they closed all san antonio tx restaurants???you are better than church s..kfc.popeye etc etc. come back..we miss you guys..

I love the food & condiments. We go frequently. With that being said, there are times that the service is lousy. Generally speaking, the service is great. Two different times, there has been a lot of complaints. Probably none went further than that complaint.

I really love the food and the garlic dipping sauce. They closed the location in Plano and Hurst. Where is a location?

I've tried almost everything and the plantains have to be a must with the chicken and pork along with the rolls and rice or bowls that I can get filled up at lunch or dinner !Yum Yum Yummy
